Overall, I have had a very positive experience working for Aspen Skiing Company. The training is thorough, the pay is competitive for the area, and I’ve enjoyed working with my coworkers and guests. The company provides good opportunities to develop new skills and maintains high standards for guest service. My only criticism is that I wish it were easier to consistently get more hours throughout the season. It would be nice if employees who wanted additional work had more opportunities without needing to find a second winter job. Overall, I’d recommend Aspen Skiing Company as a good place to work.
